The accounts were fully paid up in 2018

The accounts were fully paid up in 2018. I'm struggling to get the paid up letters to submit to debtbusters for clearance certificate. They send me to RCS and Nimble group. The answer I received is that I don't reflect in their database. I don't know where to go because I'm not getting any help. This is really frustrating. 😞
