Thanks .... FOR NOTHING ... AGAIN!!!

See my previous complaint, still not resolved as you know. Was waiting for a call from Ahmed Mahomed for 3 weeks, he eventually decide to phone me last week Tuesday ... Told him once again I want response from him in writing ... Asked specifically when I will receive the response, he told me Wednesday 06/05/2015 at 13h00. Now if I check my calendar a week has gone by again !!! Wait for it, NO RESPONSE ONCE AGAIN!!! Cynthia then also phoned me after Ahmed phoned me, I told her again my questions was not answered and I am still waiting for my meeting with the CEO. Guess what, once again I am waiting .... Your service, or lets rephrase, lack thereof is PATHETIC. Read for once what I sent to you numerous times and reply to my questions in writing. Easy as that. As I told Cynthia also once again last week this complaint not resolved at all and won't be until I am happy with the outcome ... I will NEVER let this go until you get somebody who can actually read and come back to me.
