I lodge Jan compln against JET MART in Mitchell's plain western cape,had been sorted out,a lot off ups nd downs after some1 from customer experience called me,I told her that the complain is about JET MART but I got a call from JET STORES, she never told me that fatouk is not the store manager FAROUK claimed 2 be on the 23rd jan,however I got a cal from the real store manager on the 13jan ask me to come to the store cause their is footage abt the incedent, I was very happy about it cause the truth will be on it,,I arange for th 15th as I'm working,got to the store and found RANDALL standing outside the store,he ask me if we can sort the problem out side I was like( NO! we can't let's go inside,he got a cashier 2 do the refunding I got the refund receipts nd the cashier left I ask him am I not sepose to get money with the receipts cashier forgot give the money he called her back,he appolized for everthing,I receive a call from NONHLANHLA 15 feb She wanted to know if the problem was sorted, SHE MADEI FEEL COMPLETLY SASTISFIED I FELT LIKE A DROP OF WATER LIKE A NOTHING WITH MY JET MART EXPERIENCE.BUT AFTER SHE FINISH TALKING TO ME I FELT LIKE A OCEAN AGAIN HUGE THANKYOU NONHLANHLA.
