Hello Peter<br> <br> I received a statement from Jet and Hollard which included financial services which I do not remember signing up for them as a result I was charged monthly. All this time I wasn't paying attention to my statements.<br> I called customer service and reached Kelvin Shookai from Jet Durban who advised that he will do some investigations and update me / give me feedback on a daily basis and he did., all the amount that was deducted was reversed and I'm very happy with his service provided and will like to take this opportunity to thank him. I wish all people in customer service can be as helpful and up to date with their work like him unlike waiting for a call and feedback for decades and sometimes not getting a call back. <br> <br> Many Thanks
