TFG,RCS JET all try to rob their customers,Service Sucks

I have last used my Jet account in 2021, it was paid up in 2022 , i received a notice saying i owed R70 ,i went into the store and paid it .I was then told that i owe club and service fees of R243, i disputed this and was put through various department's who promised to cancel the club fees and reverse the charges. In October i started to receive calls stating that i owe them an outstanding amount.I have been sending emails, watsapp messages and sms and no one is interested in the fact that this account has been inactive and I closed the account.Apparently RCS took over the account and these charges are due as i was supposed to get a paid up letter. I once again visit the branch at Cornubia and hold on for 45 mins only to be told by RCS that Jet needs to reverse the charge which now is R643. JET then transfers you to the TFG group who says that they will log a call.No one did this from October when I initially complained and daily debt collectors call me despite me sending emails explaining. Staff promise that the manager will you call you back and will not provide their surnames.They cannot explain what a club and service fee is as i don't use the account I don't even get a magazine or any benefits and im supposed to pay.The TFG GROUP is trying to make a quick buck from people charging for a service that was never signed for
