TFG Jet

I dont even know if I wane give them 1 star..Last month I made a purchase on my TFG account @Jet Liberty Promenade mall.this account I opened in 2024 at sportscene. So last Thursday I received a Jet club book knowing that I never app**** for club membership I immediately went to check my statement for June..and there you go...charged R48 for a club I never joined...I went to check the previous statement and all others before that. So yes they charged me twice.. I sent an email about this...and also phoned customer care where they told me that because I made a purchase the teller in store selected club benefits...without my permission. A Lesson check your statements every month R48*12 would've cost me R576 for a year...luckily I wasn't sleeping and demanded that they refund my money and cancel the jet club .in this day and age where we are protected by the POPI act...dont sleep my ppl...its a minus 100 stars from me...
