TFG is nonsense!!!

No Help From TFG Having an account with TFG is nonsense. You will pay more than is required on the installment but the balance will stay the same and moreover, you call and send emails and receive zero help.

I've been to the store, Jet, where I opened my account to enquire why is it that my online payments don't reflect on my statement, I was told to call customer services, did that, told to send an email with proof, I did that, guess what? No one is helping!!! As much as I love the TFG Stores, having an account with them is ****!!!
