TFG CARD

A few months ago I purchased some underwear at Jet Stores, Carnival Mall. Whilst standing in line to pay I was approached by an employee who offered me a reward card. Turned out it was a store account card. I paid for the item when the account arrived - much to my surprise. Since then I have had an endless stream of accounts winch included insurance, card fees and now legal fees. I went into the shop and stopped the insurance. Now I have a bill for R300 (Paid R65) which makes the underwear the most expensive ever. They will not close the account until all the fees and other charges are paid. I am paying for fees which were not disclosed when I got the so called reward card. Correspondence with their head office has yielded no results. Will a responsible person please contact me. I am disabled and cannot talk on a phone, but my life partner can.
