Terrible, unprofessional service

I took my phone into Jet Scottburgh on 9.12.2018 as they needed to send it to MTN to be unlocked. The manager called me once the week after it was taken in and was meant to get back to me with feedback. It is now 22.1.2019 way over a month and no call of feedback given. I went into the store at the end of December, they advised that the manager was off and she will call me back that following Monday, well to date no call. When I do call the store there is either no answer or the call cuts when they put me on hold.

I need to know where my phone is and what is going on, I should not be the one calling and following up, terrible service
