Terrible Service -TFG JET STORES

I am a VIP member of Edgars Club and am being deducted on a monthly basis. Jet Clothing -TFG decided to load me as a club member and have been deducting me for several months. I have logged a call about 2 weeks ago and was given the ref CS-832665. No one has got back to me regarding this. I am very frustrated and upset with the service I am receiving.
