Terrible service from Jet since RCS took over!

Terrible service from Jet since RCS took over! I made a payment via EFT on 31 July 2020 as I usually do. Payment has to date not been updated. I have sent proof of payment to three different email addresses on various occasions from 13 August 2020. I have called their call centre on numerous occasions. I have been told that someone would get back to me within 48 hours and still nothing. I have been told that my query has been referred or escalated - nothing. On the few times that someone decides to respond to my email they ask for the same information that has been provided, either in the email itself, the subject line or to a different consultant. I called again today and got the same old referral story. I am tired of their service and I am glad glad that I am 3 installments away from closing this mess. They will then go on to list you for late payment and leave you to deal with the bureaus on your own. I have spent so much time and money on calling and emailing trying to get this resolved and still nothing!
