Terrible service

Hi All,

So i opened an account with Jet Stores way back in 2008, by 2010 this account had been paid in full, however this account is still showing in my name, due to this i am unable to open any other account, more than 10 years later and i am still suffering the consequences. when i call the call center they always promise to cal back with details but no one ever calls back i guess this is the type of service we get!

I need this to be removed off my name asap!
