Terrible service at Jet Store Forest Hill

The service at Jet Forest Hill is very poor I went and bought clothes on the 17th of August 2020 1.the cashier wanted to sell me the dress with a different price from the price tag the dress was R149.99 she told me that the dress was R179.99 I said clearly the price tag shows that the price is R149.99 then she called her supervisor then they decided to change the prices from other dress on the floor.

2.When my boyfriend paid for the items he tapd his card the cashier said the payment didn't go through he must insert the card of which he did when we got home we realized that the money was deducted twice .My boy friend went back to the store with the bank statement he found the same lady and explained what had happened she said she will send it to head office of which she didn't after 2day he returned back to the store and they said they don't know anything about the query he had to download the documents again and there are traveling cost like what the **** then the said money will be returned back to his account and it hasn't this is rediculous honestly! Whose supposed to do a follow up with no reference regarding this mess I am so ****ed I will never recommend such nonsense
