Terrible service

Absolute bad experience at Jet in Bethal. I bought a cellphone and they did not return my card on the 20 November. On the 30 November I wanted to pay my acc at the store and they cannot help me without my card. I have tried to pay via my bank but its is not accepting the recipient name. I have made payments previously via my bank but then I had hassles with Jet for finding my payment. Today I went back to Jet with an old slip showing my acc number and still I was told they cannot help me. This is pathectic. I do not have time to waste like this.
