Terrible Service

I bought clothes at yet worth R600 at the branch in forest hill mall in centurion , a day later I went to return them for a refund as they dont fit when i arrived the lady said they cannot refund me as they dont have money I then proceeded to say they can refund me on my card as this was the method I used, they told me they only do credit cards I then said I would come the following day and they said they wouldnt have cash this is utter bull and terrible service because Jet states on the offical website that items can be returned with 30 days ..I had not worn the clothes will be reporting this company and will never buy here again and will be informing everyone about my experience
