Terrible service

I since place an order (jet online), to buy a denim top for my daughter on 7/11/2018. I still have not received the item and every time when i check the status of 'in transit'. How long will this thing be in transit for? Why is it taking so long?...Is it coming from Mars or some other planet??? This is absolute terrible service. I need that top by 12noon this Wednesday, 21/11/201. Wish I knew this is how jet operates, i would have made another plan... I am very very very disappointed with you Jet...
