Terrible service

I wrnt to a Jet store in KwaMashu to buy a pack of bra's. When i got home and tried to put one bra on its strap broke. I went back to the store to report the matter and a manager by the name of Pearl refused to attend to my issue she was extremely rude. She literally told me in my face that she does not care if i report her. Im still paying for this item as i took it on account . Im closing this account soon because of this. I cannot afford to pay a company that does not care about their customers and sells cheap material
