Terrible Service

I called Jet Gateway for a query on some t-shirts. They made me hold on for approximately 5 minutes. they came back asking what shirt am I looking for. I explained again, they then made me wait approximately 10 minutes. Then she comes back saying the t-shirts are in stock, only to realize the t-shirts they were looking at is different to what I was asking for. they then made me wait another 15 minutes and nobody took the call thereafter. aside from that, they had no patience. I wouldn't even complete my sentence before putting me on hold. I then tried contacting the phoenix plaza branch, to which, no answer. then tried contacting gateway jet again to get the plaza branch number, and they kept transferring me from department to department.
