Terrible experience and rude cashier

I had the most terrible experience at jet delft mall. Went to jet store at delft mall to an exchange I do understand the policy my mother had bought swimwear for my 5month old wen she got home without fitting it I saw that it will not fit so I went back to jet just to exchange for a bigger size as she did not fit it on and what a surprise the cashier who assisted me was so rude I did not want my money back just a bigger size and the cherry on the cake was when I called for the manager I had to wait about 5minuts as she was not even in her store and this on the 24th Dec how can the store manager be outside of her store I ended up buying another one and now I'm sitting with one that I cannot use all I wanted was just an exchange and not the money but what i got was attitude from the cashier and my time waiting for a store manager that is outside of her store very bad as a manager.
