Terrible experience already paid R2k

I bought a phone through payjoy which is managed by Jet Southdale,within 5 weeks the device died,I have up and down Jet not giving,me a new phone ad it was still under guarantee,I have missed using the phone for the last 2 months on the other side this payjoy demanding payment clearly Jet does not communicate challenges that clients have
