Terrible experience

On the 01/12/2019 I went to Jet to purchase a few items, when i approached the tills to pay and swiped the cashier informed me that the purchase didnt go off as the the receipt she printed was blank, I showed her the confirmation sms that it did go off and she still informed me that i must reswipe, I did so and paid double for the items, I went back to the store to query this and was informed that She Needed to log a call for this to be fixed, And there she does not know when it will be reversed, I am still awaiting for feebback and refund, No feedback from Kedibone Jet Cresta or money , Very annoyed and inconvienced
