Terrible customer service at jet

I bought school shoes at a jet store in Carlton centre joburg.i bought them in January they were fitting well for son then when schools were about to open now they were right and I already lost the slip.i went there to exchange on Friday the 19th of Feb wanted to exchange the size as they were still in good condition and price tag still there but then I was told u could exchange cause I ddnt have a slip, I told them that I used my account to purchase they can check my TFG account but still they said no.

Then asked them what am I supposed to do with these shoes cause my son is going to skul on Monday they said no they can't help me.The worse part was that I had to wait in the que for about 20minutes because there was only one cashier working.The staff at jet stores don't care about customers that's another reason why jet stores no longer make money their customer service is terrible including management.
