Terrible customer service

Yesterday, 27 November 2024 I went to Jet Cape Gate mall to collect my laybye. After waiting for 45 minutes for the items, I was told that they could not find my items in their storage. To this point I don't know what happened to the lay bye. What annoyed me the most is the fact that there showed no remorse, all they were kept on saying was I must just cancel the laybye.
