Terrible beyond words

What a terrible experience, I got from Jet Eyethu orange farm mall, I got there with the aim of paying off my account but the experience was just appalling from the onset as 4 cashiers were just sitting looking at 1 system while there was a long queue of us waiting for assistance and none of them gave a hoot about us, they were just busy chatting up a storm. Finally it was my turn at cashier but she told she couldn't help me as I had no store card with me even though I had my ID number, drivers license and Jet account statement she still rudely insisted that she couldn't help me. I asked to see a manager not knowing that my experience will go from poor to down right APPALLING, then came Hlengiwe Makhubu(the so called senior/leader) with the worst of attitudes I have ever seen. She was extremely rude, she could care less what other customers thought of our interaction as everyone could hear her rudeness and lack of the willingness to help. She just didn't care to listen as she spoke over me unapologetically so, she gave no solutions whatsoever even when I came up with a couple she was just not interested. What's the point of managing a store when you can't solution simple issues that your client have? Your own internal issues have nothing to with us clients but you made sure it felt like I was at fault of your incompetence. Its funny how service from the big shops is not the same in townships as in other developed areas. Very sad!!!
