Terrible Awful store

I purchased a cellphone with Jet Stores in Sanlam Centre Parow, Cape Town at the end of November 2020. The cellphone had a software problem in january and i returned it to the stores in february 2021 i then waited a month and a half for it to be fixed after numerous visits i then went there demanding my phone and to find out it was all the time at the store, they then apparently fixed my cellphone. I then had the cellphone for another month and half it had the same problem i returned the end of March. Till today i have not received my cellphone yet. I want a refund. I never had the use of the cellphone it was most of the time with Jet stores to be repaired. Horrific services. The staff doesnt care about the customers.
