Terribble service at Jet store

Terrible service at Jet store in West street.I laybye clothes last month and today decided to go pay it off and take my clothes ,only to find out they can’t find my lay-by.I stood by the till for 30min while smangele ngcobo went to look for my lay by than she came back smiling than i ask her where is my clothes she kept on smiling n give altitude like she still looking for it okay. 40minutes later she come and tell that they can’t find my lay-by oh really why ?She never answer me and I asked her what is the solution she said she dont know okay than i asked for my refund because clearly at Jet store lay-byes disappear and she was like the money you deposited they will deduct n I told her Listen this is not my fault right so was so rude and Im angry the fact that i didn’t not get my clothes n wasted 40min standing for my clothes.
