I have misplaced my jet card from moving house, All i want to do is block the account so that no one can purchase on my account if it is found in anyone hands, Jets bluff makes it impossible for any customer to get assistance, If they not ignoring customers then they tell you the incorrect information, My card was not ****** , it was misplaced, I was advised that i need to go to the police station and get an affidavit first and then come back to the store, The assistance you get from that store is terrible, No one can assist you or provide you with the correct information, I was provided with a number for the ***** department with the did not require.
