System Offline

So yesterday I received an sms from Jet Stores that I will get a certain amount off when I spend a certain amount. Since there was an item that I wanted to buy at Jet Mart, I rushed to Khayelitsha Mall Jet Mart to buy the item on account so that I could get the discount, I then gave the cashier the voucher number to apply the voucher on the total amount which was the amount that was required for me to get the discount.

I spent 20 min in front of her waiting for the discuont to be app****, after that time I waited, I was told their system is offline so I can not get the discount.

I was so furious because I drove all the way from Somerset West to Khayelitsha to buy the item and get the discount since there is no Jet Mart in Somerset West. After all that I did not get any discount and the voucher will expire. So I had to pay the full amount whereas I have a discount voucher in hand.

I am not happy at all with the service I received especially being a loyal Jet Account holder.
