Swearing at customer

I am very dissatisfied and disgusted by your branch in Town close to Golden Acre mall! As a loyal customer and always paying my account on time and even extra each month and believing your branch is by far the best as it’s nice and big you will never see me again! And i will never support any of your branches ever again!!! I travelled straight from work in Pinelands in the hard rain today and ran to your store to get my son a bag of nappies Yep just a bag of nappies honestly a bag of Huggies that was it Nappies!!!! I always buy it here or at Jet because of the discount/promo they always have running for 30% off.I was wet and my heart was racing to get there in time i ran to make it in time barely even breathing and trying to catch my breath imagine the relief i felt when i was a few seconds away and it wasn’t 2pm yet i was like Yes man the effort was going to pay off with the rush and that I didn’t come all the way for nothing boy was i wrong!!!!!.It was not even 2pm yet when your trading hours states until 2pm!(If you people have a policy of closing earlier than whats stipulated on your boards and websites then you should say we close 30 mins or 15 mins before that time)due to a specific reason…i have never seen another store close beforehand they make an announcement a few mins before in the store to make your way to the counter and when it hits that hour they then shut the doors and see to customers that still needto be seen to in the store.I asked politely begging please i just need a bag of nappies thats all just a bag of nappies that is it barely even catching my breath like a damn peasant I begged i just needed a bag of nappies thats all they can even get it themselves or even follow me if they must to just see that i grab diapers for my kid.There was nobody else waiting outside at the time for the excuse”others would want the same favour”your staff ignored me showing they are closed with their arms signs of being shut from miles away! I said i just needed nappies behind the closed glass door honestly that is all i came for all the way please they walked around ignoring me touching the clothes in the store going about their day the security even on his own buzz! He was the first person i asked and explained to so nicely.After much ignoring and not even coming closer as i speak my heart out and can’t hear anything they then come and said we cashed out already sorry we can’t assist.Why are you lying if there are still customers in the store living their best lives where i could clearly see it?this made me angry like am i a joke to you?how could you have cashed out?if there are still customers whose stuff was not scanned yet in the store?Why must you lie ? We close alittle before so we can see to customers in the store then don’t put trading hours until a certain set of time and close before man! Because i was **** to ignored and this was ****ing me off as i was saying i cant even hear as they behind closed doors they didn’t even bother to come closer lie after lie and ignore i then knocked and asked if i could see a manager the security the ***ard that he is shouts behind the closed door in my face hay VOETSEK in rage!!! Is this how your supposedly value customers and people are spoken to or treated?Why are you swearing and shouting behind a closed door like a ***ard after you know yall are doing me dirty and now getting nervous when i ask for a manager? Again ignoring standing miles away from the door where i can’t hear anything and goes about ignoring me i knocked again one of your stuff comes and They then proceed to say the manager left already? I then asked her is there anyone i can speak to above you then because i dont wanto talk to you as she was ignoring me the wholetime after i was showing her I can’t hear you and she is cutting me off the entire time this is disgusting behaviour your job is to keep the store in place and assist your customers and treat them with kindness and dignity but you look unphased and cutting me off the entire time i am speaking to you,Why are your managers leaving before hand?And i asked this? All i get is the manager left already Or how does that work? I then ask for a contact number for the manager if you say the manager left already they ignore and gather inside 3 of them probably speaking about what do we do now cause i was not going to leave until I spoke to a supervisor or anyone else in a higher position and then again you know what they give me a TFG customer service number!and the customer service agent said on the line the staff should have it and should be able to give me the contact number! Why are your staff lying like this?lie after lie and think its okay to take people by the face? Julle sal julle gesigte soe weg stiek ya! If your staff was so certain they did everything right and did what they should why are they running to lie and avoid me speaking to the manager whether personally or by the phone? Why are they packing lie after lie if they did everything they are supposed to? and that is it from me you will never ever have my support again! And tell your ***ard security standing there to tell me that in my face like a man and not behind a closed door like the ***ard he is!👍
