SUBSCRIPTION ADD ONS WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S CONSENT!!

Very disappointed ,they just add subscriptions and airtime tVemy account without my consent, i have paid more than R1500 now for what i have no idea,when i call i get told it will be escalated,tell me if that's not ***** what is,and whose numbers do you even send that airtime to because i don't receive it,i am very much disappointed. Ref no :***-GO I spoke to Busisiwe Ngene and Beverley Nkwe who told me that RMCS is responsible but couldn't transfer me,what you guys are doing is *****!!!!
