Stuff of Jet cornubai mall

Today I visited jet clothing in cornubai mall I had the worst experience ever I would even like to meet the retail manager for that store regarding how rude the cashier was to me her name was Thembso I had visited the store cos I needed to change an item the cash thembso actually was of no help to me I could tell she didn't want to be at work today she screamed at me and said to me the item cannot me changed I asked her to please call phoenix branch she said to me noo we cannot call phoenix we are to busy u will have to go there and I guarantee u if u will out ur footage u will have her dismissed that is no way to treat a customer even the manager of that store is pathetic she doesn't even greet she definitely did not attend any customer service training.. I was so disturbed leaving that store I would really like u guys to contact me.. your employment choice of stuff is pathetic you will definitely lose customer cos me myself I will never ever step a foot in that store again the cashier embarrassed me and spoke rudly infront of soo many customers
