Struggling to get funds back due to a error by them, Cash client service bad.

Purchase on Sunday, problem with EFT payment, had to pay double , still waiting for them to refund, already phone several times, JET MONTANA, they either do not answer the phone, or do not give me feedback.

NEED this to be resolved it has been 4 days. this was not my mistake.
