stove problem
<p>i bought a defy stove from jet stores upington on the 21/08/2015 since April this year began to give problems i called the manager several times and after i decided to go to the store a week later people of defy came by to check the stove whereby the small plate still had a crack on top after my mom told me they came by in July my mom told me that the 2 big plates has cracks on top and whereby the 1 is not working anymore i called this same manager told him about the stove gave him all the details he needed until yesterday the 14/11/2016 nothing happened i called him again he told me that other people took over thats why nothing was done with my complain i should again give him the detailes of the stove i told him i dont have those with me he promised to call 17:30 he never did till now i havent receive ant call from him i please need your assistance with this cause im still paying this account but they cant give me a proper response on the stove. concerned customer - ********** 930</p>

01 Dec 2016, 15:53good day ,i got feedback from Jet they sended defy to come and check the stove according to them its because of overkooking like water spillage that caused the plates to crack and the others being dead not working at all defy called me with a quotation for fixing the plate will be + R1000 where as it was not even 1 year that i bought the stove from Jet and the guy from defy told me that the stove has 2 year guarantee i called the manager explaining to him what defy told me he was following up from last week eversince never heard from him again ,what should i do now in this matter .........................cause im not going to leave this or otherwise they should take back the stove and credit it from my account cuase im not going to pay something thats not working.
