Store Manager offers wonderful service

This is now the second time that I am compliment a member of the Jet time. The first time round, I took the time to thank Maphoko for going the extra mile - she is the Store manager of your Sandton branch. Today, I had the privilege of dealing with Bongani who is the Roseabank store manager. Unfortunately I had a defective item that needed to be returned. It's the second such time that the same item has been defective. Fortunately your staff agree and it was gladly taken back and swapped. But this note is not about the item, but rather the person whom I dealt with. A big thanks to Bongani of Rosebank for going the extra mile, with a mile. I'm truly impressed and promise to return soon to buy even more stuff. Thank you. Since Bongani is the store manager, I would appreciate you please letting his direct manager see this compliment.
