store manager
He The store manager there has a bad attidute and he forgot that he is working with customer...he expect pregnant people and disable people to wait in long ques, he doesn't put himself in their shoes and feel the pain they feeling. He is not suppose to be a store manager cause people can die waiting in the que. Its like jet doesn't care about their customers and their safety, or maybe we are black people that's why...I can't wait on the que as pregnant woman or disable.
