****** phone by Jet employee

I was in the store this afternoon and left my phone accidently at the till and it was ******. went back less then 2mins and the phone was gone and the girl that assisted me was at the back. Find my phone showed the phone was still at Jet store and was ringing but conveniently when they call it in store its off but when i called at work it was ringing. That girl stole my phone and the store's security footage is also conveniently not working since the load shedding started. How does such a big store not have security cameras knowing they could loose a lot of things? Do you people vet your staff or do you just hire for the sake of hiring? how many other people have lost items in store and were told the cameras aren't working? How safe or how are we supposed to trust the staff because it seems they can ***** stuff knowing nothing can be done because there wont be any footage
