still not fixed
I also bought this tablet versed thing from jet only to find out it does not want to charge anymore n now since stories of changing it was denied dey fixed it n waited 2months bt now is worse cuz it freeze n it won't save downloaded items since it says space full but it have 1.6 gb free internal space n I also have 5.6gb memory card space free. So wat da f..k is going on with this product? This tablet motion e1 is just another fongkong n a waste of my R1000 hard earned cash nxn sis.

All cell phones/tablets purchased at any Edcon store is strictly supp**** from the relevant network provider or supplier. A cell phone/tablet can only be exchanged or refunded if the service provider cannot fix the cell phone/tablet and therefore will instructed us to replace or refund the customer as stated in our refund policy.
Should you be experiencing problems with the tablet you will need to take it back to the store as it will be sent to the repair centre.
