Still no resolution

I have raised the service and security complaint with Jet after more than a week they contacted me to apologize. They mentioned cameras an radio not working due to bad weather but this incident was long before bad weather. The lady also kept referring to an incident that happened last year but had no relevance to me. They still have not fixed the cameras and still not made any attempt to search for my wallet or check the outside cameras for any sort of help. They said the head office will still contact me but still no contact.
