Still no delivery

i bought clothes online at Jet on the 13th December for my kids to wear on the 25th December, however its the 8th January still have not received my order. i am mad i want my money back. i ive been calling the call centre regarding my order no one knows where it is - the call centre consultalt told me it was delivered at the store when i go to the store they havent recieved anything, so i cancelled the order now im being told they cant refund me til the store returns the package mindo the store havent received the package. and no one is telling whats happening cause no one has any idea where the order is.
