Still frustrated, issue not resolved

I have a serious problem with Jet. I settled the account on the 30th of June 2020 and I have been asking them to remove it from my credit report and that has not happened. I also requested a statement and a letter that stipulates that the account has been paid of but no luck. I'm really frustrated. Please help
