Sterling service

<p>I recently visited the Jet Bree Street branch. I purchased a few stuff for my sick mother in law. When i reached the till it was brought to my attention that the system was offline due to a tornado that hit the region. I was so dissappointed as the items purchased were the last in that size. The manageress of the store Alice Mochecko offered to store the itemes for me until their systems were back up. She called me the following day to advise that they were still experiencing problems. The day thereafter she called again to advise thats systems were up and running. When i got there she addressed me on my name and allowed me to pay for my purchase. I was so impressed that she remembered my name. What a breath of fresh air to experience such sterling service and friendliness. Jet Stores you have a real treasure in Alice. Thank you to a beautiful lady.....keep up that wonderful nature. </p>
