Standing in the que
This is totally unacceptable when there's only one cashier at the tills. We've been standing in the que for almost 25mins. Everybody is on tea. I'm with a 9months old baby. No manager or anybody to talk to. This is not on. Staff just don't care and have a bad attitude.
