Staff not concerned

So it happened that i was at Jet in Pretoria CBD Church Street, and as i was inside, a guy was trying to **** me, i quickly realized i had to get out of there but i had to tell the manager/supervisor first, when i tried to alert him that there was a guy who was trying his luck on customers, the manager flatly ignored me and continued talking to his workmate about a headache, well i left and then as security was checking me (to see if i had ****** anything) i told them about the guy and the security asked me to tell a staff member who told me that i should not worry the guy was not working there, so it means they were not concerned about getting the guy out of the store, while i was being searched because i could have ******!!!, Can the staff do something about it please, or show concern about the safety of the customers
