Staff attitude

Good day The costumer service I experience at Jet Secunda mall was horrible. I was called by a gentleman to tell me dat I forgot my wallet at the store. Today 7/01/2018 @9:25 I got a horrible service from Princess. From the onset her attitude was not welcoming at all. I was also the to shop as well so her PC was not responding instead of explaining to me wat is happening she stood the like nothing is happening. Not even to acknowledge that there is a problem I then told to call one of her colleagues to assist, she told me it's not like she doesn't know wat she's doing (Another attitude factor right there). Only then she moved another terminal. Service is way beyond repairs more training is required. Thanks Nomaswazi Thwala ********** 271
