The staff in jet that's based in town are ***********,disrespectful and just plain stupid.i will never ever make a purchase in that store.my husband bought a tracksuit there yesterday for our son and the consultant charged the top twice.i called them before he got there.explaining the situation and it was sed he can bring it back. When my husband got there it was a different story,they don't know who assisted him but the name is on the bottom of the slip.at first they didn't wna return the item laughing at my husband as he explain to.them that we are going to complain.i called the store just to.have Lele put in down in my.face saying c opens accounts .this is not her problem and a colored gal refusing flat out to talk to me.or give her name.i have never in my.life received such customer service.it was a huge mistake for tfg to merge with jet.i.have never received such service from any other tfg store
