To Jet Head office I would like to say thank you to a certain staff member who works at your Pavilion branch in Durban. I went in on Sunday afternoon to look for a certain product for my daughter and he went out of his way to find it, he was extremely helpful and very respectful. one of his colleagues looked me straight in the eye and told me they did not have the product and went about her business and paid no mind to me. SPHIWE went out of his way to look for it my mother and myself were very impressed with his survive, you need to put more people like him on the floor to assist customers. the world needs more people like him, his customer survive was IMPECCABLE!! and he needs to be encouraged and rewarded as it is extremely rare.
