SMS AIR SUBSCRIPTION AND MOBILE CONTENT FEE

<p>i am being charged monthly for these two thing yest i never signed up for them, and i dont receive the so called airtime anyway. Ive called them for the past 3 month, eventually this month they have refunded me for the sms air subscription but the Mobile content fee is still being deducted from my account.</p> <p>Phoned today about it ......after some shockingly rude man on the other end of the phone couldnt even tell me anything except for " we will log it , here is your referance number"</p> <p>I told him i want a refund for the MOBILE CONTENT FEE nd he tell me they did refund me..? So i said no JET has refunded me for the SMS AIR SUBSCRIPTION, he tells me its the same thing....IF ITS THE SAME THING WHY AM I BEING CHARGED TWICE FOR IT? AND WHY IS IT STILL BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT?</p> <p>I want to know where i subscribed to this - they cant answer me.</p> <p>I want to know if they going to refund me - They cant answer me.</p> <p>I want to speak to there manager - not avaliable</p> <p>I want to speak to supivisor - not avaliable.</p> <p> </p> <p>What *******.</p>
