Sim Swap

I requested Jet to do sim swap on my number***)from the 18/05/2014 to date with these reference numbers respectively but to no avail. ***, I called today***) on the 1st June 2015 and found a gentleman by the name of Michael Thabitha, who insisted that i should givve him a cellphone number or account, and I told him that neither of the mentioned requirements i have got, and advised him that, i will give him a reference number, but he told me that will not work but eventually used it, but aftre realising that he was wrong he kept quite while I was talking to him until I decide to drop and call again where I found Nobuhle whom answered with an attitude also.<br> <br> May you please make a follow-up on this matter and assist becausese i do not want to loose the number becuase of these peoples bad attitude. I made several follow-ups on this matter but I am not getting anywhere. these two people who asisted me lately, their services of not acceptable, and bear in mind that i am the one who should keep on calling and be told that your problem will be resolved aftre 48hrs, there is no ather cheap mechanism to use rather than the telephone?
