Sick of Being **** to by Edcon (Jet & Edgars)

The amount of reviews on this matter is disgusting. Edcon is directly involved with a mobile network **** with company RMCS. I urge all readers to stay as far away from Edgars & Jet accounts as they can. They hand over contact numbers to RMCS under a contractaul basis - never agreed upon by the customer. If you lose your phone you will NOT be able to do a sim swap and keep your old number if you have an Edgars or Jet account. As proof of my claim please pay attention to replies on the RMCS matter from the Edcon team ***ners of Jet & Edgars), It is a copy/paste response where they apologize and issue a reference number (1808.....etc) stating that RMCS will contact you - which they never do. I know this because I have over 3 reference numbers for the same query and have never been contacted. If you see the word Edcon, RUN!
