Shocking attitude from cashier

On the 02/01/2024 I went to Jet store in Maponya Mall to exchange an item I'd bought the previous week, when I got to the tills there was no queue and as I waited for the cashier named Zanele to call me to the cashdesk she instead signaled me and my partner with her hand to come to the till...she just stared at us, no "hello", no "what are you exchaching it for" , nothing! She just grabbed my items and went about her business, as it felt really awkward my partner asked her how she felt processing the whole exchange without even saying a word to us and she rep**** 'i feel just fine'🤯🤯😡I was so shocked, angry but more disappointed on the type of service I had to take from her. A **** smile, hello and thank you would have done me good. Don't think I ever wanna shop there, if I'm gonna be emotionally disturbed👎
